Class 4-44 or BULALO. What's cooking in class 4-44? Bulalo! Malaman, mainit, masarap at malasa, at iba pa. (class adviser: Mr. Carlito Gatchalian). That's how 4-44 described their class. Bulalo 44 remembers San Beda High School for the wicked way that the class would chant the name of any unfortunate classmate who had a father with a funny sounding name. After recess and lunchtime, the name would be repeated while the classes went back to their classroom via the stairs. How can one forget the time when the bell that sounded the end of recess was stolen? The vice-principal had to get out of his office and use a megaphone to say: "Recess is over! Go back to your classrooms !" Then everyone pretended not to hear him, whoever was the culprit is still a mystery.

But the most memorable one was being part of San Beda's best year 1978. It was the time to roar for both the San Beda Red Cubs and Red Lions who were back to back NCAA champions. Remember Pumaren, Paras, Magsanoc and Altamirano of the NCAA juniors basketball team? Nothing unites the Bedans better than NCAA basketball especially when our alma mater was up against Letran. Our championship game against Letran which was held in the Blue Eagle gym was very memorable. Do you recall riding the yellow school buses that went in a circuitous route to avoid the angry Letranites? What a rush!

The class was a diverse group. It had its share of NCAA athletes, brainy classmates, fashionistas e.g., Nesty's Fiorucci. Glee Club members, Tayao boys, disco kids and chickboys. Plus, the class also had fadidays and a muslim, proving that unity is possible amidst diversity- a very apt and timely message to a world that is in chaos! Let us also remember our departed classmates, Thucy Delfin, Arnel Gonzales and Anthony Tinoco who were now with our LORD. Life is too short. Lets all cherish it while it lasts. (By Jet Guerrero)

For Beda 7882

This site is only as good as the info we have. We need updates of our former classmates DEAD or ALIVE. This site will probably expire by the year 2050. The last surviving person on this list (shall we say the winner) should maintain this site at all cost.
